Prelistaj knjigo

Prvi del monografije vsebuje tri monografske študije, ki so vsebinsko povezane z nacionalnim in mednarodnim kontekstom knjige Vrednote v prehodu XII. Najprej  je podana analiza spreminjanja vrednotnih orientacij prebivalcev Slovenije v obdobju po družbenem prehodu (1991–2018). Analizirana gradiva s tega obdobja kažejo na spremenljivost oz. nespremenljivost nekaterih vrednotnih orientacij. Najznačilnejše spremembe se kažejo v vrednotenju socializma/kapitalizma, v bolj liberalnih pogledih na pravice istospolnih parov ter v odnosu do evtanazije, v še bolj izostrenem zavzemanju za zmanjševanje socialnih razlik itd. Druga dva monografska prikaza, Vrednote Slovencev in Evropejcev v izhodišču novega tisočletja, temeljita na analizi istih empiričnih gradiv in podajata posplošeno sliko teh procesov. V knjigi sta tematsko ustrezno razvrščena še vsebinski prikaz vključenosti SJM v ISSP ter analitični prikaz poteka in dinamike terenske faze ESS. Bistveni del monografije predstavljajo sistematični, presečni, medčasovni  in mednarodni primerjalni prikazi rezultatov raziskav v okviru programov Slovensko javno mnenje, International Social Survey Programme, Europen/Worl Value Survey in European Social Survey. Knjiga Vrednote v prehodu XII. zaokroži in dopolni dokumentarni prikaz empiričnih raziskav, ki so potekle v okviru programa Slovensko javno mnenje in njegovih mednarodnih povezav v letih 1968-2018. Zaokroža torej prikaz 50-letnega sociološkega empiričnega raziskovanja v Sloveniji.
