»Blagi prosvetitelj narodov« je druga publikacija Zbirke Mednarodno pravo s katero želimo doprinesti k proučevanju mednarodnega prava v Sloveniji ter ga približati slovenski javnosti. Avtor Martti Koskenniemi, svetovno uveljavljen finski pravnik, se v svojem delu loteva intelektualno zgodovinske obravnave mednarodnopravnih vprašanj. Z zgodovinskega, sociološkega, filozofskega in politološkega vidika proučuje razmišljanja najpomembnejših teoretikov mednarodnega prava v obdobju 1870 -1960, kar predstavlja pomemben prispevek k razumevanju in nadaljnjemu razvoju mednarodnopravne znanosti.
